Hi -
Yesterday morning we took Maddie to the Dr to have blood drawn to see where she is at with her jaundice. It was a great appointment! For starters, she is gaining weight which means she is getting enough to eat. She is now at 6lbs 9oz. . . .she managed to pack on 6oz since we went to the Dr on Saturday morning!!! And while she was getting weighed. . . .she felt the need to pee all over the scale. After her checkup we headed home and waited to hear the results of her blood work. Dr Franck called to let us know that her level dropped and that we didnt need the bed anymore - yippie!!! We spent all day yesterday snuggling with her and holding her since we were not able to over the weekend. She is having a great time sleeping in her crib, hanging out in her bouncy seat, and swinging in her swing!

Glad to hear things are going good! She is so cute and we can't wait to see her. Hope you two are getting enough rest. If you need anything just give me a call! I mean that! Enjoy Maddie...as you already can see...they grow to fast!
