Happy Birthday Daddy!!!
My first dress . . .mom took SO many pictures!
This is my serious face when mom knows to stop with the pictures!
Another hot day = another dress!
This past Saturday mom and dad had a wedding to go to for their friend Andy. I know that they missed me like crazy, but it was nice for them to enjoy some adult time with each other, as well as their friends. While they were at the wedding, Nana and Papa Froh got to babysit me!
Daddy and the Groom Andy!
Mom and Auntie Jill and Auntie Dawn!
Mommy and Daddy. . .they clean up real nice!
Me sleeping at Nana and Papas. . .busted sucking my thumb! They always have that darn camera!
Sunday was dads birthday . . . .mom decided to take him golfing. I have only heard bits and pieces, but it doesnt sound like she did too well. Her, Dad, Uncle Ryan, and Aunt Kari all went - sounds like trouble to me!! I got to stay by Grandma and Grandpa Tamminga while they were all golfing!
After that we headed back to Milwaukee to enjoy a low key cookout with a few friends. . . .I napped! What can I say, it was a busy few days and I needed some rest!
It has been a busy few weeks around here lately! I am growing like crazy! Mom has been packing away all of my 0-3month clothing because it doesnt fit me anymore! I am looking forward to all of the 3-6 month stuff I have to wear! ( Mom is too ) I decided to give mom and dad a break and sleep through the night. . . they are really excited about that!
I think that is all I know for now!
Love,
Maddie!
Bring on the summer!

2 Month Update
Yesterday was Maddie's big 2 month checkup at the Dr's office. I knew that it would be tough to watch her get shots so I made Pat come with me. . . .whose the baby - me or Maddie? Her appointment went really well. She is now 10lbs 12oz and 22in long!!! Our little girl is getting bigger and bigger! The moment came for the shots and Maddie was great. She let out a good scream, but then Pat scooped her up and got her to calm down right away. Oh. . .and I was a trooper too-no tears!
Bugs Bunny Band-Aids for her Boo-Boos!
Still a happy and playful baby!
Maddie has been very snuggly today!
Pat and I have learned a lot over the past 2 months. Madeline is really starting to show her personality more and more each day. Here are a few characteristics that we can tell already.
1) When she is hungry, she wants to be fed NOW - Takes after Dad
2) She loves to be warm and wrapped in blankets - Takes after Mom
3) Maddie LOVES her swing when it really rocks her, must be a thrill seeker - Takes after Mom
4) She is a goof and loves to babble with Pat - Takes after Dad
5) She can be rather sassy from time to time - Takes after us both!!
It has been an amazing 2 months watching her grow into this little person. People have told us that the way you feel towards your child cannot be put into words. . . . .they were all so right. I knew that I would love our little peanut, but words cant describe how I feel about her. I get to wake up every morning and see this beautiful smile. . . . .
Life doesnt get much better than this! We count our blessings every day for such a wonderful addition to our lives.
Love,
Jamie
